Terms of Service

These Terms govern AI Bulin47 at aibulin47.art, operated by [Operator legal name and country — to be added] ("we" or "us"). "You" means the person using the service. AI Bulin47 is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or Bulin 47 Music LLC. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Before you create

• You must be 18 or older. Upload yourself or an adult who agreed. No minors, celebrities or public figures.
• Credits are reserved when you submit, used when the video succeeds, and returned automatically if the render fails or is blocked.
• AI results vary. A finished video with imperfect details is not a failed render.
• Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days.
• We do not train models on your content, and we never publish it without separate permission.

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, submitting a generation or buying credits you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use those features. Accepting these Terms is not consent to public display or marketing use of your content.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and able to accept these Terms. Generation and purchases need an account. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and do not share or resell account access. Tell us quickly if you suspect someone else is using your account. Do not use another person's account or payment card without permission.

3. Generation and delivery

AI Bulin47 creates an AI remix of a built-in Bulin 47 freestyle performance using your photo. Original mode uses one photo; Custom crowd mode adds up to four photos for selected background roles. The result is an approximately 23-second vertical MP4 with the original soundtrack. It is an AI adaptation, not a real recording.

Quality options, credit costs and photo requirements are shown before you submit. Processing times are estimates. AI can change faces, hands, clothing, background details or mouth movement, and results may not match the examples. Check the whole video before sharing. A completed video with cosmetic flaws is not a failed task; a new attempt uses credits again. A broken file, missing delivery or other real defect can be reported for review.

Closing your browser does not cancel a submitted task. The service is not a permanent archive, so download videos you want to keep.

4. Photo permissions

Upload only photos of adults who are 18 or older: yourself, or someone who has agreed to this AI processing. You also need permission to use the photo itself. These rules apply to every Custom crowd photo. Do not upload celebrities or public figures, even if their pictures are public. Permission to generate is not permission to publish or use someone's likeness commercially. We or our providers may refuse a request; do not try to get around a refusal.

5. Credits and payment

• One-time packs: priced in USD and paid by card through Stripe. They do not start a subscription. PayPal is not currently offered.
• Costs: 480p uses 10 credits and 720p HD uses 22 credits. Original and Custom crowd modes cost the same. Pack video counts refer to HD 720p videos.
• Reservation: credits are reserved on submission, used on success and returned to your balance on failure. A credit return is not a payment refund.
• Expiry: purchased credits do not expire. Bonus or promotional credits may have their own rules and have no cash value.
• Use: credits are for this service only and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, except for refunds described here or required by law.
• Reversals: refunded or charged-back payments remove the matching unused credits.

Check the total before paying. Price changes apply only to future purchases, and cost changes are shown before new submissions.

6. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms. In short: you can ask for a full refund of a pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used, by emailing support from your account address. Approved refunds go back to the original card. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Content rights and processing permission

You keep the rights you hold in your uploads. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or results, though AI outputs may not be protected by copyright or be unique. Packs do not grant any rights to the original Bulin 47 footage, music or likenesses.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, process, transmit and deliver your uploads and results only as needed to make and deliver your video, keep your library, give support, secure the service and meet legal duties, including through the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not train models on your content. Using your video in our examples or marketing needs separate, optional permission.

Our software, design and branding remain ours. When posting results, follow each platform's rules and AI-disclosure requirements, and never present an AI performance as a real recording or endorsement.

8. Prohibited use

• Using someone's image without permission, impersonation, fake endorsements, fraud or harassment.
• Nudity, sexual content, non-consensual imagery, hate, threats, or content promoting violence or illegal acts.
• Uploading minors, celebrities or public figures.
• Payment fraud, abusing promotional credits with multiple accounts, or manipulating credit or refund records.
• Bypassing moderation, access controls or limits; accessing other users' content; malware or disrupting the service.
• Reselling access or using unauthorized automation.

9. Reports and appeals

Anyone can report misuse of their likeness, infringement or other abuse to support@aibulin47.art. Include the task ID or link if known and your contact details; do not attach illegal material. We may restrict content while we investigate, remove it or suspend accounts. Where possible we explain our decision, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying.

10. Account closure and service changes

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. Closing an account does not by itself refund used credits or packs outside the Refund Policy. We may suspend or end access for serious violations, fraud, security risk or legal reasons, with notice where practical.

If we permanently shut down the service or paid generation, we will give notice, a reasonable window to download videos, and refund the unused part of paid credits.

11. Warranties and liability

Apart from our express commitments and rights the law requires, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted access, a specific likeness or a fixed processing time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Updates and general terms

We update the date at the top when these Terms change and give notice of material changes. Changes do not remove refund rights you already have. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Governing law: [jurisdiction — to be added], without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
